April 9, 2026 | 3:30 – 7:00 p.m.

Employment law continues to evolve rapidly. Employers face new rules on pay transparency and current developments around vacation and sickness and other employment law issues.

We are therefore pleased to invite you to our labor law update 2026 seminar. During this seminar we will take you through the developments that are relevant for employers this year. Clearly explained and practically applicable.

Program

Wage transparency – new obligations for all employers
What will change under the new law, what information will you soon have to be able to provide and what preparations do you need to make as an employer now.

Vacation days during illness – current state of affairs
We discuss recent case law on accrual and absorption during long-term illness and show how to incorporate this into policy and administration.

➤ A ncillary work – what can you still arrange?
Since the ban on ancillary employment clauses, the scope for employers has changed. On the basis of case law, we show what possibilities there still are and how to record them carefully.

Developments from the coalition agreement
The coalition agreement Getting Started contains proposals that could have an impact in the coming years, such as adjustments to the system of work and security and plans around false self-employment. You will hear which developments are relevant to follow now and what you can anticipate in your organization.
