Esmée Koster is a driven employment lawyer who combines legal acuity with a pragmatic approach and genuine commitment. During her studies she was actively involved in and a member of the board of Sine Labore Nihil, the labor law study association of Leiden University, where she developed her passion for the profession. Advising on and negotiating the content of employment contracts, including non-compete and relationship clauses, and bonus clauses.
Employment conditions
Advising on policies within larger organizations, for example, with regard to integrity, fraud, or the whistleblower policy.
