Esmée Koster is a driven employment lawyer who combines legal acuity with a pragmatic approach and genuine commitment. During her studies she was actively involved in and a member of the board of Sine Labore Nihil, the labor law study association of Leiden University, where she developed her passion for the profession. Her strong analytical skills and empathy enable her to quickly get to the heart of complex issues and find practical solutions that really work for her clients. In addition, Esmée Koster is a solid negotiator who does not stop until she has reached her goal.

Advising on and negotiating the content of employment contracts, including non-compete and relationship clauses, and bonus clauses.

Advising on policies within larger organizations, for example, with regard to integrity, fraud, or the whistleblower policy.
