To strengthen our team, we’re looking for an Employment Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience, ready to tackle challenging issues related to reorganizations, labor disputes, terminations, and employee participation. Studying case files and writing advice or legal documents.
Internal consultations, case law discussions, and training courses.

Who are you?
- At least 2 years of experience as an employment law attorney or employment lawyer at a legal expenses insurer
- Sharp analytical skills, strong command of language and English
- Go-getter: You'll see it through to the end

What do you enjoy most about your work?
“What I enjoy most about my work is that I can fully focus on and immerse myself in employment law, while still having a lot of variety within the field itself. I usually work for employers, but sometimes I also assist an employee. The topics are also very diverse. One moment it’s about a dismissal case and then, for example, about employer liability or social security. If it has to do with employment law, it comes across my desk! Also, the colleagues at Wessel van der Lans Advocaten are always available for questions, support, and guidance. I find that very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.”
What kind of cases are you currently working on?
“At the moment, I am working on, among other things, a case about inappropriate behavior, a redundancy issue, and a dismissal case.”
